Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Pixform. If you do not agree, do not use the generation service. Questions can be sent to hello@pixform.ai.

Use images you have permission to use

You are responsible for your uploads and their use. Obtain permission from people whose photos you upload where required. Do not use the service for non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, harassment, deceptive impersonation or unlawful content.

Free access and limits

The initial service is intended for free, limited use with no account required. Generation attempts are limited to 10 per IP address per hour. Capacity may be reduced or temporarily unavailable. Do not bypass limits or automate abusive requests.

AI-generated results

Results may contain inaccuracies, unwanted details or similarities to other images. We do not guarantee likeness, uniqueness, accuracy, particular processing times or suitability for a particular purpose. Review outputs before using or sharing them.

Rights and commercial use

You retain your rights in the images you upload. You allow Pixform and its processing providers to process those images to fulfil your request. Commercial use of an output depends on your source-image rights, applicable model licenses and third-party rights. The service does not grant rights that you or the model provider do not hold.

Availability and responsibility

Save any result you wish to keep; temporary links expire. The service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Features and these terms may change as Pixform develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
