Privacy Policy

Pixform processes photos to create the image transformations you request. This page describes the initial service. Contact hello@pixform.ai with privacy questions or deletion requests.

Your photos

Selecting a file displays a local preview in your browser. When you choose Generate Image, your image is uploaded for processing and sent to Replicate, our AI model provider. Do not upload sensitive documents or images you do not have permission to use.

Temporary storage

Images are intended for temporary processing, not a permanent gallery. Download a result you want to keep. The launch storage policy requires uploaded images and generated results to become inaccessible one hour after processing finishes, with deletion from our temporary storage on the next cleanup run. The production service will remain disabled until this cleanup is configured and verified.

Replicate has its own retention policy. Its API prediction inputs, outputs and logs are automatically removed after an hour by default. See Replicate’s data retention documentation.

Service and abuse prevention data

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service. Pixform uses a keyed hash of your IP address for a short-lived usage limit, rather than storing your raw IP in the usage counter. Temporary job records are used to deliver your result.

Measurement

We plan to measure uploads, generation attempts, downloads and style retries, as well as generation success and wait time. Analytics must not include photo contents, filenames or result links. No third-party analytics service is enabled in this initial preview.

Sharing and your choices

Your images are shared with the infrastructure and model providers needed to process a request. Pixform does not publish a public gallery of your uploads. You can stop before generating, clear the local preview with Start over, or contact us about a request. Temporary links should be treated as private: anyone with an active link may be able to view the image.
